1. 卖方与记录商户 · 1. Seller and Merchant of Record
MacPulse 由 Kevin Labs 开发。在线订单由结账页显示的授权经销商 / 支付服务商作为记录商户（Merchant of Record）销售和处理，由其负责付款、合规收据与适用税费；购买同时受结账页所示的该服务商买家条款约束。
MacPulse is developed by Kevin Labs. Online orders are sold and processed by our authorized reseller / payment provider (Merchant of Record) shown at checkout, which handles payment, compliant receipts and applicable taxes. Your purchase is also subject to that provider's buyer terms shown at checkout.
2. 免费版、试用与 Pro · 2. Free tier, trial and Pro
实时监控、健康评分与进程列表永久免费。首次启动自动获得 7 天 Pro 试用，无需付款信息；试用结束后 Pro 功能（一键 Purge、缓存清理、终止进程、HTML 报告、卡顿时间线等）锁定，免费功能照常可用。
Live monitoring, the health score and process lists are free forever. The first launch starts an automatic 7-day Pro trial with no payment details required. When the trial ends, Pro features (memory purge, cache cleaning, process termination, HTML reports, the lag timeline and similar) are locked while free features keep working.
3. 终身授权与设备数 · 3. Lifetime license and device limits
MacPulse Pro 为一次性购买的终身授权：单机版 US$9.99，最多激活 2 台 Mac；家庭版 US$14.99，最多激活 5 台 Mac（结账页显示含税本地价格）。授权为个人、非独占、不可转让，可用于您本人或同一家庭成员拥有的 Mac。可在 App 内停用某台 Mac 以释放名额；Pro 需定期联网验证，离线最多可继续使用 7 天。终身授权包含所购大版本内的功能更新，未来全新大版本可能以可选付费升级提供。
MacPulse Pro is a one-time purchase for a lifetime license: Single costs US$9.99 and activates up to 2 Macs; Family costs US$14.99 and activates up to 5 Macs (local prices including applicable tax are shown at checkout). The license is personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable, for Macs owned by you or members of your household. You can deactivate a Mac in the app to free a slot. Pro verifies online periodically and keeps working offline for up to 7 days. The lifetime license includes feature updates within the purchased major version; future major versions may be offered as an optional paid upgrade.

请勿公开分享、转售激活码，或绕过授权验证与设备数限制。如发生欺诈、拒付或退款，相关授权将被停用。
Do not publicly share or resell license keys, or circumvent license verification or device limits. Licenses involved in fraud, chargebacks or refunds are deactivated.
5. 系统操作与免责声明 · 5. System actions and disclaimer
Purge、缓存清理与终止进程等操作仅在您确认后执行，其中部分需要 macOS 管理员授权；终止进程可能导致该应用未保存的数据丢失，请谨慎操作。本软件按“现状”提供，在适用法律允许的最大范围内，Kevin Labs 不对间接损失或数据丢失承担责任。本条款不影响您依法享有的消费者权利。
Purge, cache cleaning and process termination run only after you confirm them, and some require macOS administrator authorization. Terminating a process can lose that app's unsaved work, so use these actions with care. The software is provided as is; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Kevin Labs is not liable for indirect damages or data loss. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
