MacPulse 隐私政策

MacPulse 在您的 Mac 本机读取 CPU、内存、网络与进程信息，用于实时监控、健康评分和卡顿时间线。这些数据仅保存在本机（如 ~/Library/Application Support/MacPulse），不会上传到我们或任何第三方。App 不包含广告、分析统计或跟踪 SDK。
MacPulse reads CPU, memory, network and process information locally on your Mac for live monitoring, the health score and the lag timeline. This data stays on your Mac (for example in ~/Library/Application Support/MacPulse) and is never uploaded to us or any third party. The app contains no advertising, analytics or tracking SDKs.
2. 授权验证时我们处理的数据 · 2. Data we process for license verification
仅当您激活 Pro 或已激活的 Pro 定期（约每 24 小时）联网复核时，App 才会连接 macpulse.kevinlabs.app，发送：激活码、App 随机生成的安装标识（installId，不是硬件序列号）和 App 版本号。我们的服务器仅存储：激活码的哈希值（不存明文）、订单交易号（txn_…）与客户编号（ctm_…）、所购方案及价格编号、每台已激活设备的 installId、App 版本与首次/最近验证时间、已处理的支付通知编号，以及仅用于防滥用限流的加盐 IP 哈希。我们不存储您的邮箱、姓名、付款信息或原始 IP 地址。
The app contacts macpulse.kevinlabs.app only when you activate Pro and when an activated copy re-verifies its license (about every 24 hours while online). It sends the license key, a random install identifier generated by the app (installId, not a hardware serial number) and the app version. Our server stores only: a hash of the license key (never the key itself), the order transaction ID (txn_…) and customer ID (ctm_…), the purchased plan and price ID, for each activated Mac its installId, app version and first/last verification time, the IDs of processed payment notifications, and a salted hash of the client IP address used solely for rate limiting. We do not store your email address, name, payment details or raw IP address.

购买由结账页显示的授权经销商 / 支付服务商作为记录商户（Merchant of Record）处理。该服务商会收集订单邮箱、支付方式、账单国家/地址等完成结账、开具收据和处理税务所需的信息，并依据其在结账页提供的隐私政策处理。我们不会接触您的完整支付卡信息。结账页面可能为结账与反欺诈使用必要的 Cookie；本网站本身不加载第三方脚本，也不设置跟踪 Cookie。
Purchases are processed by our authorized reseller / payment provider (Merchant of Record) shown at checkout. It collects the order email, payment method, billing country/address and other details needed to complete checkout, issue receipts and handle tax, under its own privacy policy linked at checkout. We never see your full card details. The checkout may use cookies necessary for payment and fraud prevention; this website itself loads no third-party scripts and sets no tracking cookies.
4. 托管与保存期限 · 4. Hosting and retention
授权服务运行在 Cloudflare（Workers 与 D1）上，Cloudflare 会为安全与运维处理请求元数据（如 IP 地址）。授权记录在授权有效期内及处理退款、税务所需期间保存；设备激活记录在您停用该 Mac 或其连续 60 天未验证后删除；限流记录约 24 小时后删除。7 天试用的开始时间仅保存在您 Mac 本机（偏好设置与钥匙串）。
The license service runs on Cloudflare (Workers and D1); Cloudflare processes request metadata such as IP addresses for security and operations. License records are kept while the license exists and as long as needed for refunds and tax records. A Mac's activation record is deleted when you deactivate that Mac or after it has not verified for 60 days. Rate-limit records are deleted after about 24 hours. The 7-day trial start date is stored only on your Mac (preferences and Keychain).

我们不出售或共享您的数据用于广告。如需查询、导出或删除与您授权相关的数据（例如移除设备激活记录），请联系 support@kevinlabs.app，并附上订单号或激活码。
We do not sell or share your data for advertising. To access, export or delete data related to your license (for example to remove device activations), contact support@kevinlabs.app with your order ID or license key.
